Terms of Service

These Cloud DMA Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and ZADEYO (“we”, “us”, “our”). They apply in addition to the ZADEYO Terms of Service at zadeyo.com/terms and the Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict about Cloud DMA, these Terms control to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By checking the acceptance boxes and clicking continue, you form a clickwrap contract. You confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Cloud DMA.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You have legal capacity to enter this contract.
• You are not purchasing on behalf of a minor.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where this product is prohibited, and you are not a person or entity with whom we are barred from doing business under applicable sanctions or trade laws.
• All information you provide at checkout is accurate.

You acknowledge that Cloud DMA is a technical product with mandatory prerequisites. Before paying, you confirm that you have carefully read and understood:

• The Cloud DMA product page, description, features, FAQ, and system requirements.
• That GREENWARD and the Static Server are separate purchases, not included in this checkout, and you need both to use Cloud DMA as we support it. Their prices appear only on their purchase listings or invoices.
• That this product is single-PC only: no external DMA box and no second physical computer is included or required for the supported flow.
• That setup enables Hyper-V / virtualization on your Windows PC and may change system configuration, boot behavior, performance, and security posture.
• That lifetime or timed access is a license, not a guarantee that any game, anti-cheat, or third-party service will keep working forever.

If you skip, skim, or misunderstand any of the above, that is your responsibility. Purchase based on incomplete reading is not grounds for a refund or a claim against us.

You are purchasing a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Cloud DMA layer we offer (stack access, activation, and related support), for the duration you select, solely for your own personal use on one account.

You are not buying:

• Ownership of our software, source code, firmware, keys, infrastructure, trademarks, or documentation.
• Physical DMA hardware, a PCIe card, a USB DMA device, or a second PC.
• The Static Server, GREENWARD, Microsoft Windows, Hyper-V, or any other third-party product.
• Any affiliation, endorsement, or permission from any game publisher, tournament organizer, or anti-cheat vendor.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ZADEYO.

CLOUD DMA AND ALL RELATED SOFTWARE, INSTRUCTIONS, KEYS, HOSTING, AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, AND FREEDOM FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR DETECTION.

We do not warrant that Cloud DMA will:

• Work on your hardware, BIOS, CPU, Windows edition, or virtualization setup.
• Remain available, undetected, updated, or compatible after game, anti-cheat, OS, AWS, GREENWARD, or Hyper-V changes.
• Achieve any result, rank, income, or competitive advantage.
• Be free of bugs, downtime, key issues, or breaking updates.

Any oral or written statement by support, affiliates, videos, Discord, tickets, or marketing is not a warranty unless we put it in a signed writing.

YOU USE CLOUD DMA ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZADEYO, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, OR CLAIM CAUSED BY, RELATED TO, OR ARISING FROM THIS PRODUCT, ITS SETUP, ITS USE, ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON IT.

This includes, without limitation:

• Physical hardware damage or wear: CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, GPU, PSU, cooling, firmware, or peripherals.
• Damage or corruption of firmware, BIOS/UEFI, bootloader, disks, partitions, or recovery environments.
• Operating-system damage, boot loops, BSOD, driver conflicts, Windows license/edition issues, disabled security features, or the need to reinstall Windows.
• Harm from enabling, misconfiguring, or failing Hyper-V, virtualization (VT-x / AMD-V), Secure Boot, core isolation, memory integrity, or related settings.
• Data loss, including games, Windows, documents, licenses, cryptocurrency, saved credentials, or backups you failed to make.
• Performance loss, overheating, instability, network outages, or unusable PC time.
• Any damage caused while following our installer, tickets, videos, or written guides — you remain responsible for verifying steps against your own machine.
• Consequential, incidental, special, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.

If your PC, data, or peripherals are important, do not install this product. Make your own full backups first. We have no duty to repair, replace, or pay for any device or data.

Use of Cloud DMA and related software may violate game publisher terms, anti-cheat rules, and tournament rules. You accept that we are not responsible for:

• Account bans, hardware (HWID) bans, IP bans, voice bans, or chat bans.
• Loss of ranks, skins, cosmetics, battle-pass progress, currency, or in-game purchases.
• Disqualification, prize forfeiture, team removal, or streaming/platform penalties.
• Employer, school, league, or sponsor consequences.
• Any detection, dump, signature, or heuristic now or in the future.

NO UNDETECTED CLAIM IS A GUARANTEE. “Undetected”, “UD”, “safe”, “private”, or similar language is opinion or historical marketing only, not a contractual promise. Anti-cheat systems change without notice. You assume 100% of ban and detection risk.

You are solely responsible for determining whether purchasing, installing, or using Cloud DMA is legal and permitted where you live and where you play. You agree not to use the product for any unlawful purpose.

ZADEYO does not represent that Cloud DMA is authorized by any game company. You agree that any breach of a third-party terms of service, EULA, or code of conduct is your act, not ours. You will not hold us liable for your decision to use the product in online games or competitive settings.

Nothing in these Terms requires us to assist any use we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive.

ZADEYO is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partners of Riot Games, Valve, Battlestate, Gaijin, Blizzard, Epic, Microsoft, Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, Vanguard, FACEIT, or any other publisher, studio, or anti-cheat vendor. Game names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatibility topics.

AWS is a trademark of Amazon. The Static Server requirement may be invoiced as “Static Server” or listed as AWS. GREENWARD is a third-party product. The Static Server is a separate product. Their prices appear only on their purchase listings or invoices. Microsoft, Windows, and Hyper-V are trademarks of Microsoft. Your contracts with those parties are separate. We are not their agent and we do not collect or pay their fees for you.

Cloud DMA will not work as we support it without GREENWARD and the Static Server, which you buy and pay for separately, plus a compatible Windows PC with virtualization.

These extra purchases are not included in the Cloud DMA checkout price:

• GREENWARD (lifetime) — separate purchase; price shown on its purchase listing or invoice only.
• The Static Server (lifetime) — separate purchase; price shown on its purchase listing or invoice only. It may also be listed as AWS on invoices or product copy.

Those third parties can change pricing, regions, ToS, availability, or block your account at any time.

We are not liable for:

• GREENWARD or Static Server bills, overages, suspensions, or outages.
• Microsoft/Windows licensing or Hyper-V edition limits (Home vs Pro, etc.).
• Your ISP, electricity, or hardware upgrades.
• Any third-party refund policy.

If you buy Cloud DMA without separately purchasing GREENWARD and the Static Server, that is not our defect and not a refund reason.

The supported flow provisions a Hyper-V-based virtual environment on your machine and uses an encrypted service link. That process may:

• Enable Windows features, services, and drivers.
• Change boot configuration, CPU virtualization use, and memory layout.
• Conflict with other hypervisors, security software, anti-cheat, overlays, or OEM tools.
• Require BIOS changes that you perform yourself.

You authorize these changes at your own risk. We are not liable if setup fails, bricks a boot, trips Secure Boot, or leaves the PC in a state that requires recovery. Support is best-effort guidance, not a professional systems-administration or data-recovery service.

The license is personal to you. You may not, and you agree not to:

• Sell, rent, lease, lend, gift, sublicense, or transfer your key, account, seat, or access.
• Run a shop, Discord, reseller panel, or “middleman” that sells, restocks, or delivers Cloud DMA or ZADEYO keys.
• Share screenshots of keys, loaders, or private builds for others to copy.
• Host, crack, leak, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative cheats from our materials.
• Use our product as the backend of a competing cheat-selling business.
• Market yourself as an official seller, staff, or partner of ZADEYO without our written permission.
• Scrape, attack, or probe our website, APIs, Discord, loaders, or activation systems.
• Charge back a paid order while keeping or reselling access.

Any of the above is a material breach. We may instantly revoke the license without refund, refuse future sales, report fraud to payment processors, and pursue damages, including investigation costs and lost revenue from leaked or resold keys.

Loaders, keys, configuration, server-side logic, documentation, and support materials are our confidential intellectual property or that of our licensors. You get a license to use, not to copy for others. You will not publish internal errors, private builds, or bypass details except to our support ticket for your own account.

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before delivery. Because this is a digital license that can be activated immediately, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not refund because you:

• Did not read the product page or these Terms.
• Lack GREENWARD, the Static Server, Hyper-V, a supported Windows edition, or virtualization.
• Received a game ban or detection.
• Changed your mind, cannot set it up, or expected a physical DMA card.
• Used a VPN, wrong region, or an account that is already restricted.

If we ever issue store credit, it is discretionary, not cash, not a card/PayPal/crypto reversal, and not an admission of liability. Chargebacks and payment disputes filed in bad faith are a breach; we may close the account and contest the claim with evidence of this acceptance.

“24/7 support” means we staff channels as we reasonably can. It is not a service-level agreement, not on-site repair, and not a promise that every ticket is solved. We may refuse help if you are abusive, demanding refunds contrary to these Terms, or asking us to assist with fraud or key resale.

We may patch, throttle, relocate, or discontinue Cloud DMA, individual games, or regions at any time. Lifetime means the license does not expire on a calendar timer while we offer the product and your account is in good standing — it does not mean we must operate the service forever, keep every title working, or compensate you if we shut a stack down. Force majeure (DDoS, provider bans, law, infrastructure loss) excuses performance.

Keys are bound to your account. You must keep credentials secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including purchases you did not intend if your session was left open. Notify support@zadeyo.com of suspected theft promptly. We may revoke keys for sharing, fraud, or abuse. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZADEYO and its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, investigation, fine, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your purchase, installation, or use of Cloud DMA.
• Damage to any computer, network, or data.
• Game bans or publisher/anti-cheat enforcement.
• Your resale, leak, or commercial cheat-selling activity.
• Your breach of these Terms or any law.
• Any third-party claim that your use harmed them.

We may assume exclusive defense at your cost. You will not settle a claim that admits our fault without our prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF CLOUD DMA OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZADEYO FOR THE SPECIFIC CLOUD DMA ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GAME ACCOUNTS, REPLACEMENT HARDWARE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

These limits apply to contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, and any other theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed. You agree the price of Cloud DMA reflects this allocation of risk.

You consent to electronic contracting. We may keep logs of the time, account, IP, device, Terms version, and checkbox state when you accepted. Those records are evidence that you agreed. You waive any claim that these Terms are unenforceable solely because they were accepted online.

These Terms are governed by applicable law as stated in the ZADEYO Terms of Service. To the extent allowed, any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive jury trial to the extent waivable. Either party may still seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or to stop key leaks and resale. If a court finds the class waiver unenforceable as to a claim, that claim (and only that claim) may proceed in court on an individual basis.

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force, and the invalid part will be modified to the minimum extent needed to be valid while preserving our protection. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it. These Terms, the site Terms of Service, and the checkout order form are the entire agreement about Cloud DMA and supersede prior chats or marketing. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Survival: sections on disclaimers, damage waiver, bans, no-resale, IP, refunds, indemnity, liability cap, records, and disputes survive termination or revocation of the license.

BY CONTINUING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT: (A) YOU READ EVERY SECTION ABOVE AND THE PRODUCT PAGE CORRECTLY; (B) YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS OF THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING THAT GREENWARD AND THE STATIC SERVER ARE SEPARATE PURCHASES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS CHECKOUT; (C) ZADEYO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THIS PRODUCT CAUSES TO YOUR COMPUTER, DATA, ACCOUNTS, FINANCES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY; (D) YOU WILL NOT RESELL, LEAK, OR RUN A CHEAT-SELLING OPERATION WITH OUR KEYS OR STACK; (E) YOU ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY PROMISE NOT WRITTEN IN THESE TERMS.
