By accessing or using ZADEYO's website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

When you purchase a product from ZADEYO, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for the duration of your subscription period. You may not: - Share, sell, or transfer your subscription key or license to any third party - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software - Use the software in any way that violates applicable laws - Create derivative works based on our software - Use the software to harass, harm, or target other users Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is required in full before delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. If we approve a refund, it is provided only as store credits (balance on your ZADEYO account usable for future purchases). We do not refund to your original payment method, card, PayPal, bank account, or cryptocurrency wallet. Store credits are not cash, have no value outside our store, and are non-transferable unless we explicitly agree otherwise. Store credits may be issued at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, for example: - Duplicate purchases made within 24 hours - Technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe - Products that are non-functional at the time of delivery Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. We do not provide refunds for products that have been delivered and used.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@zadeyo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our services or other users.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SOFTWARE WILL BE UNDETECTED BY ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEMS, ERROR-FREE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE. USE OF OUR PRODUCTS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCOUNT BANS, HARDWARE BANS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZADEYO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree not to use our services to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Impersonate any person or entity - Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code - Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations, including suspending or terminating accounts.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
