By accessing or using Zadeyo's website, products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use our products. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Our products are intended for use on accounts and hardware that you own or have explicit authorization to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platforms.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased product on your own hardware. This license is for personal use only and may not be sublicensed, sold, or distributed.

Each license is bound to a single Hardware ID (HWID). Attempting to run a license on unauthorized hardware may result in automatic deactivation without refund.

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any product; redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any product or license; use our services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass any security measures or license verification systems.

You may not share your account credentials with other individuals. Account sharing is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All sales are final. Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our products, we do not generally offer refunds once a license key has been issued. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a product being fundamentally non-functional and our support team being unable to resolve the issue — refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion.

We strive to maintain the availability and functionality of all products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Products may be temporarily unavailable due to game updates, maintenance, or security concerns.

We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain a product indefinitely. If a product is permanently discontinued, we may offer alternatives at our discretion but are not required to do so.

Our products and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

Use of our products may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms. We expressly disclaim any liability for consequences resulting from such violations, including account bans or suspensions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zadeyo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use all purchased products ceases immediately.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not entitle you to any refunds for unused license time.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
